Enjoy Using Our Village hall!

The main room in the village hall is 16m x 6m.  It is a light and airy facility with a high vaulted ceiling and a vinyl floor. The main hall and upstairs meeting room are heated by a system using a ground source heat pump with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs.    There are 15 modern trestle tables, 60 folding chairs and 50 banqueting chairs.   The capacity of the main hall for a seated event is 100.

The kitchen has a domestic sized oven, two fridges and a freezer and there is basic crockery for 100 covers and cups and saucers and cutlery.

There is a meeting room above the kitchen available for meetings.

Outside there is a grassy area with several items of playground equipment including a swing, slide, roundabout and climbing frame.  There is a small football pitch for a kick about.  We do share the site with the Ryedale Society of Model Engineers so the playground does have railway tracks around it.
